PROMStahl has recruited both experienced and developing project managers with diverse skillsets which allow for an attentive and encompassing team. We can manage installations and repair works from point of contact through to completion. With over 50 years of combined experience from the companies MD's our industry knowledge is exceptional.

From point of tender we can work to requested specifications or to preliminary drawings to provide a competitive quote. We can then work in partnership with yourselves and the other contractors on project to provide drawings for our products designed to work in conjunction with existing or new build projects. Our project managers can use drawings from other contractors or visit site to take their own measurements to ensure dimensional accuracy. Once everything has been signed off we will put all products into manufacture and arrange delivery, labour and complete all essential H&S paperwork. We will remain in contact with you up until and throughout the day of delivery. Our skilled engineers will then take the reigns as they look to install all your products as efficiently as possible. The project managers will communicate to the engineers via telephone calls, the in house text app and through site visits. Different length installs will be handled differently with an installation manager performing routine visits on jobs longer than 1 week. Progress will be logged and and communicated within the company. This way we can implement additional engineers to sites where required and ensure work is being completed to a high standard.

Our works are only signed off following completion of a snagging list. This stage allows you the chance to highlight any and all issues with the products, from damage to incorrectly handed ironmongery through to dirty door panels. We will only sign off and start our warranty once all works are installed correctly and to an acceptable standard. Our warranty ensures all products ordered will work as intended from point of hand over for a minimum of 12 months. Should anything go wrong during this time we will rectify any issues.
